1- Individuals Travelers:-
- 25 % of Total Bill must be paid upon Confirmation by Bank Transfer(Bank Swift)
- 75 % One Week before arrival Cairo By T.T Bank or can be on Cash Basis upon Arrival

2- Groups:
- 25 % must be paid upon Confirmation by Bank Transfer (Bank Swift)
- 25 % Two Weeks Before arrival Cairo
- 50 % Rest of Payment One Week before arrival Cairo By T.T Bank
or can be on Cash Basis upon Arrival

3- Children
- Children below 2 Years Old will be charged only 10 % of Domestic Airfare
- Children Between 2-12 Years will be charged 50 % of Total as an adult person
- Children Over 12 Years old will be charged as an adult person

Refund Policy:
- Full refund if the cancellation occurred more than 21 Days.
- 75 % refund if the cancellation occurred 21 - 16 Days.
- 50 % refund if the cancellation occurred 7 Days.

We grantee full refund in case of the following Cases:
War, Earthquakes or Natural Disaster
